"Stay Sonic" by Fantail Publishing. There is no credited author, so this is likely to be a compilation. The back has been kept large, so you can still read it.
It seems this book exists to perpetuate (the now discredited/unofficial) story that Sonic was brown and "Robotnick" was nice, until his experiment went wrong with the Chaos Emeralds. It also has tips for Sonic 2.
