In the sports game NBA 2K Basketball on the Dreamcast you can get the players to wear Sonic jerseys. In this case, it's Louisiana Tech. You can see that to make the jersey, they've altered the SA1 circular walking Sonic stock art to be holding a basketball in his hand to match with the theme. It's not a bad design to add to the game, and certainly adds interest/ a new element.
