This is the book "Encyclopedia Horrifica". It's meant to be a 'guide' to all sorts of supposed supernatural things like vampires, werewolves, ghosts & fictitious phenomenon. The interesting bit about it, is that it uses Silver the Hedgehog (at left) for the illustration on Telekenisis (a psychic ability to move physical objects only through the power of thought) The entry shows him lifting a car.
