The animated comedy show American Dad gets a cameo!
In this case, it's not actual-Sonic, but the famously goofy looking Sonic ice cream bar (with gumball eyes) that appears in the scene. They've even drawn it silly looking here, as it usually is when it is found irl. It is fun to see someone drawing the show remembering this wacky treat.
