This is a sort of unusual birthday card. It just uses Sonic 1 art from the box (complete with Genesis seal) on a blue/gray card. The top says "Have a totally super Sonic teenage birthday" which is unusually not that specific (cards generally use an exact year ex "14th" for whatever reason.) This is likely uncommon.
