Here's a co-promotional display figure. (Likely the first one of this type produced) The promotion is for Love Live! and the character is Rin. The statue is based on the art (probably) seen behind it there, and on other promo items (seen around Gear) like the Ramen, Bath powder, & standee.
She's sculpted holding a Sonic doll that's giving a thumbs-up while the other hand flops down. The likeness for Sonic is good, he looks cute as her plush here, with thick fingers, rounded/simplified shoes & happy expression. The Sonic part appears to be held up (and balance the figure) with a clear rod from the base.
