This pack of paper party / cocktail napkins (cocktail refers to the size/style) clearly belongs to the same style grouping of supplies, including the pennants and invitations. They were likely also made by the same company as well. Again, these are vintage and would likely be found in the same section of the party supply store as most of what you see above.
