Here's an odd little Tails plush, but where is it from? He has an open mouth, which makes him a little unusual. Also note the 2 white spots in his plastic eyes. The eye-whites are also super big. You can see he's got a tag, but the photo was always so small, you can't really tell what's on it. That watermark is from an ebay seller.
