This is a Wisp from Sonic Colors. Wisps are a type of alien creature, introduced in that game. Each one can lend Sonic a different power. This is a give-away item or booth prize from E3 2010 from the Sega booth. No doubt people will want to collect wisps, so hopefully these can get produced regularly as well. Were there other wisps?
