Here's something really special!
This is a proposal book. It's basically an 'idea file' of propositions for various meal toys. Alcone (a company) made it at the request of Burger King. Burger King was planning on having a set of Sonic Adventure 1 themed meal toys to promote the game. However, none of them got made.
It's likely that nobody knows why it didn't get done...but you can see the whole book by downloading the PDF in the attachments. 

It should open in whatever PDF reader you have if you just click the link. You should probably save the book too because there may be only one of it. The usual comments, explanations, and typed bits from their little notes appear inside the PDF just like they would here on any page of Gear. Backup article at Segabits.
