This is a regular retractable ballpoint pen from Segaworld London. It could only be bought there. It has blue flake foil for the pen barrel, plus a silvertone ink logo. Notice that Sonic's there too, he's hard to see as the graphic wraps around the pen. This is a neat old pen.
